Sunny is an excellent Microbiology tutor. She very promptly responds when requesting session times. She’s especially good at clarifying present topics of study as well as giving prerequisite/background info on critical topics that I haven’t studied in a while. She has really raised my confidence in the subject, as I come from a creative background and I often have trouble meshing with the teaching styles of instructors in the sciences. I now have a better understanding of topics as well as the ability to score higher on quizzes and exams, as she always makes sure to point out high probability/exam-type questions or suggest other resources that I can use to raise my scores and reinforce the information that I just learned. I’m an adult learner, with a busy schedule, as I’m supporting myself while going to school. Consequently, I’m very careful about how I spend my time and money.
